Our Falach 50 briquetting press is characterized by the production of cylindrical briquettes with a diameter of 50 mm and an excellent price-performance ratio. Compared to our briquetting presses Falach 30 and Falach 35, the Falach 50 is equipped with an oil cooling system. The drive power of our briquetting presses Falach 50 is 5.5 kW. When processing wood chips (with a maximum size of 15 mm and a water content <15%), depending on the starting raw material, a performance between approx. 40 and 60 kg per hour can be achieved.

The briquettes are formed in the easy and inexpensive to exchange 'wear unit'. The rectangular storage container has a capacity of approx. 0.33 qbm.

For our briquetting press Falach 50, a level monitoring device is already integrated. In addition, the control system of our briquetting press Falach 50 has integrated an automatic reversing of the mixer wheel.

The 'transport tube holder' is a component that is attached to the briquette outlet. Onto the transport tube the transport line can be built. In this way, the briquettes can be transported by the power of the subsequent briquette without further expenditure of energy up to a length of about 5 meters in a packaging carousel, bags or big bags.

For the briquette packaging we offer a packaging carousel. A total of 5 bags can be filled with briquettes. The weight of the bags is adjustable over the height /size of the bags.
