Briquetting Press Falach 70-100 for woodshavings and other material
Our Falach 70 and Falach 100 briquette presses are characterized by the production of cylindrical briquettes with a diameter of 70 mm and an excellent price-performance ratio. The drive power of our briquetting presses Falach 70 is 7.5 kW. The engine of the Falach 100 has 11 kW. When processing wood chips (with a maximum size of 15 mm and a water content of <15%), depending on the starting material, the Falach 70 can achieve a performance between approx. 60 and 80 kg per hour. The performance of the Falach 100 increases to approx. 90 - 120 kg per hour.
The briquettes are formed in the easy and inexpensive to exchange 'wear unit'. The rectangular storage container has a capacity of about 0.75 qbm. Our briquette presses Falach 70 and 100 are manufactured with fill level monitoring for automatic start / stop.
While our Falach 70 machine, due to the large oil tank, is aimed to be operated continuously, the Falach 100 is equipped with an oil cooling system to achieve the same result which is to work continuously.

The transport tube holder is a component that is attached to the briquette outlet. Onto the transport tube the transport line can be built. In this way, the briquettes can be transported by the power of the subsequent briquette without further expenditure of energy, up to a length of about 5 meters into a packaging carousel, bags or big bags.
For the briquette packaging we offer a packaging carousel. A total of 5 bags can be filled with briquettes. The weight of the bags is adjustable over the height / size of the bags.
